OUR MISSION

Putting 4 Pops is seeking donations for our Annual Golf Tournament which will be held on Friday, November 1, 2019 at The Quarry Golf Club. Our goal this year is to raise over $40,000. Proceeds from this great event will be used to accomplish our mission - to raise funds for fathers that are suffering from Cancer. Last year, we provided $10,000 contributions to three Recipients. With your help, our efforts will continue to enhance the lives of people who suffer from this awful disease and help the families who are impacted from this significant financial burden.

Follow us on Facebook and invite your friends and family to do it too.

After 8 months of battling with cancer, Mr. Romero lost the fight but the hope and faith he had continues. Putting 4 Pops is proud to help support those families in need as a recipient will be hand chosen each year.

Putting 4 Pops is an organization that was born in the hearts of Humberto Romero's family. As he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, the bills began piling up, and they believed that by gathering people around them those bills could be diminished.

ABOUT US

There are few things as detrimental to a family as when the father becomes ill and is unable to work. While we have increasingly become a two income family country, having both incomes is often essential for the families of San Antonio just to make the basic needs. When you add in the cost of illness, transportation to and from doctors, and lost work time by those supporting his illness, a father's illness is a very difficult situation to overcome.
